About Payments
- Students who are not granted a Certificate of Eligibility will only be charged the application screening fee.
- Students who are granted a Certificate of Eligibility but do not apply for a visa and enter Japan will be refunded their payments (minus application screening fees and matriculation fees) once they have returned their Certificate of Eligibility and Letter of Acceptance.
- Students who apply for but are not granted a diplomatic visa will be refunded their payments (minus application screening fees and matriculation fees) once they have returned their Letter of Acceptance and submitted documentation verifying that the visa was not issued.
- Students who obtain a visa but decide not to enroll in IKUSHU before arriving in Japan will be refunded their payments (minus application screening fees and matriculation fees) once they have returned their Letter of Acceptance and after their entrance visa is verified to be unused and invalidated.
- As a general rule, students who obtain a visa, enter Japan, and enroll at IKUSHU but quit partway through as well as those who enter Japan but fail to enroll will not receive a refund.
- No refunds of any kind will be issued to students who are expelled from IKUSHU due to violating school regulations or Japanese laws or ordinances.
